Had a failed washing machine under guarantee, repair was refered to Respond Services, unfortunately their availability in our area (Bracknell) meant a 12 day wait (hence a star deducted). Good detailed booking emails and a web page for us to update ahead of visit - so communication was clear. On day of visit, in the notified time slot, we had a two man team, very quick to diagnose fault, had appropriate spare and swapped out the dead item. Friendly chatty and considerate while working. When finished they waited a while as the first wash was starting, to check all was OK. Thanks for a low fuss repair, just can it be offered faster next time.

Needed a replacement double mattress, saw a recommendation for Happy Beds. Their website had lots of options with good details plus a sale was on. Found a medium firm pocket spring mattress at a sensible price. Paid to have old mattress removed. Delivery was within 48 hours. The delivery team were pleasant and helpful and in and out in 10 minutes. The mattress is very good, time will tell with long term comfort. Very pleased with this purchase and Happy Beds as a supplier.

Easy to access software, received my key code in minutes, great instructions, easy install. Unfortunately the key provided did not register. Eeek! I contacted support (at the weekend) and within a day I got a response and an alternative key was provided that worked without having to reinstall the software. Thank you, a very postive experience

I purchased 1500w lawn scarifier/raker from Von Haus. I had an older model that had lasted very well, rake tines no longer available. This new model arrived quickly, well boxed. Quick to assemble the handle. It works well on a sizeable lawn and is robust so should last a good number of years. Main issue is grass collection tray/box is too small.

The ProductCodes website allowed me to easily find the version of Office I needed. It was a quick purchase with instructions given for installation. Download was fast as it's just a run script for Microsoft hosted internet installation. Installation took a few minutes. Run Word, enter the provided Key and it was done - less than 15 minutes overall to working software. I'm happy.

Recently purchased Onkyo amplifier from Exceptional AV. Decent discount offered on website but having placed order was notified that item was out of stock. I agreed to continue with back-order. After a few weeks was notified that stock was slow coming in and I again agreed to wait. Communication was always clear and option to drop the order was always offered. I was in no rush. Final date was met and amp delivered with no issues and is working just fine. As a patient buyer the service was very good and amp price was worth the wait.
