Absolutely awful customer service
Shoes were returned on 26th august - I have sent proof and they have acknowledged receipt - and said on 12th September that the refund would be in the ‘following days ‘. Numerous emails to them , they continue to ask for my ‘patience. ‘ but to date still no refund of 84eur . Clark’s need to act upon the asap - you have some people destroying your reputation. If you check the trust pilot Clark’s EU reviews you will see how widespread the complaints are . Please sort out asap and restore my faith in Clarks
Ps - I have all the necessary documentation / proof or postage and receipts and communications
ready for you

Beware !!
Update on 8th October - still no refund …. There are so many customers with the same experience surely there is something we can do - they are clearly breaking the law …. Anyone know what to do ?
Beware !!! No refund for shoes returned - like previous reviews have emailed numerous times and been fobbed off . Now been waiting since 26th august for 89 eur return . I’m going to write to Clark’s hq in England - I’m really peeved off with them - worst customer experience ever
