Finding the parts I required on the website was easy, the ordering process was straightforward and having the option to purchase tyres and have them fitted was a big advantage.
Wheels were despatched earlier than expected, well packaged and are of a good quality.

Easy to find what I was looking for, quick to purchase and delivered promptly.

False information regarding fitting and unhelpful staff.
I ordered a tyre for fitting with Asda's approved local tyre fitter and 4 hours later received a phone call from a member of staff telling me that the fitting centre did not have any fitting slots for one week.
That was no good for me so I asked for the tyre to be delivered to the fitting centre in two days which is the day I'd booked the fitting for and they told me that wasn't possible. I asked if the tyre could be delivered to me instead and was told they couldn't do that and my order would have to be cancelled and I'd have to make a new order. Hugely inconvenient when I was in the middle of a 3 hour car journey and the staff member didn't seem to care or want to help.
So now I've had to make a new order, and the cost for the tyre delivered to me is more than having it fitted at the local fitter.
I checked shortly afterwards on the Asda Tyres site and they were still advertising fitting at the tyre fitter local to me for all the days when they told me it wasn't possible.

Ordered this part direct from Forge because of the free shipping and expected a 48 hours Royal Mail delivery, so was very pleased to see if shipped next day via UPS!
The part was well packaged and itself is a very nicely produced part. It was good to have three new fixing bolts included in the kit, but would have been better if washers could have been included with the bolts.
Overall, a very nice piece of kit and very happy with it and also Forge's service!
