Transforms colleague communication

Caveat - it's paid for by the business so I don't foot the bill. But I love it. When you learn the features, which doesn't take long, if you're familiar with some basic branding concepts and stick to the right colours it can revolutionise the way you communicate. My advice, always map out your script on word before you turn it into a video.

Sole has completely disintegrated after…

Sole has completely disintegrated after about 2 years following a couple of rainy walks in the Lake District. I spent about £180 on these. In contrast my cheapo karrimore boots are in great condition after far longer.

Gran's 95th birthday not delivered

Gran's 95th birthday. Flowers not delivered due to apparent 'technical fault' which didn't prevent my money being taken nor a confirmation message. Refund or 'same day' delivery offered - a poor joke given that the flowers were late and missed the birthday. Have asked for compensation to cover costs of going to a trusted local florist instead. So far refused. No response from complaints.

Stay away

Stay away! They didn't cancel my direct debit as promised during the cooling off period. Left it running then claimed I had to pay for a full year because I didnt cancel in the cooling off period. Now resolved but I felt they were trying to rip me off. I feel sorry for anyone old or vulnerable unlucky enough to be a customer.
