Huggies have changed their Pure Wipes. Despite the neon signs on the package saying No Plastic, we did first see that they are 48 in a pack, not 56. But the wipes are the cheap, flimsy kind now. They tear so easily, wiping a face, the wipe looks like you wiped it on a cheese grater!!! It takes several wipes to do what one used to, you need double thickness for most things... so there are fewer in the package, but you have to use twice as many... AND insult to injury... they are folded in half so you can't get them open one handed... which most mums would need to be able to do... I'm guessing someone without children recommended these changes because they are now rubbish. You pay more and get significantly less of a REALLY inferior product. Thankfully, I've found a different brand that make the good kind now, so despite buying this brand for YEARS, I will not be any longer.

We bought a gorgeous upholstered trundle bed from Crazy Price Beds. One I had seen other places for more than a year. We got it for ridiculously less with CPB so we were worried it wouldn't be great quality... we were SO wrong. The bed is amazing and really beautiful! It is made to a high standard and we will definitely use Crazy Price Beds again. What a blessing. I should mention, I asked a few questions prior to it arriving and their customer service replied really fast and they are so lovely! Friendly even! Really really impressed. Thank you!

I am editing my post. Our item was delivered today. One day late so not the end of the world. Still have received ZERO communication from XDP. The driver delivering was polite and no problem there at all. He deserves FIVE STARS. As I had said, we would not have minded being told there was a delay, the problem was there was absolutely no way to contact them and no communication, at all. So, the delivery seems fine, late, but no communication or way to contact. I've increased my rating after delivery.

Circle have gone out of their way for us and we will definitely use them again and recommend them. Not many companies still treat their customers so well. They deliver quickly and make sure their customers have a good product and experience. Thank you!

Honestly, Ocado is the best delivery shop in all of the UK (if not world). They almost always have what we need (& we have some urgent needs that even through a pandemic they have had). I highly recommend them. Drivers are lovely, rarely have missing items or subs. We would not have survived without them. Thank you, Ocado.

I have ordered twice from MOO. They have the most amazing customer service. They say they move heaven and earth to make sure you are happy with your order and I have seen that exactly, today. My second order I made an error on and they worked with me to help me sort it. What started as tears over my mistake became tears over what a great company MOO is and how thankful I am for them. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else after today. OH and the Luxe cards are AMAZING! I have never seen a business card that nice. It almost belongs in a picture frame not a wallet! I also ordered the Fedon card holder and I LOVE it! AND... if you like notebooks and journals you will LOVE the MOO notebook. It is so brilliant. I look forward to using it though it's SO nice I feel like I need to only use for really brilliant notes LOL!
