Excellent SAFe training and Facilitation

I enjoyed the 2 day training facilitated by Subhabrata Pal (Subho). He was very engaging and clear. It was obvious he put in a lot of effort into preparing mini tasks in between different sessions. He encouraged different opinions and answered all questions satisfactorily.

I wouldn't give this any star at all…

I wouldn't give this any star at all but sadly I must, my sister used their service, sent the sample by post on the 21st Dec - the dashboard indicated receipt on the 24th of Dec and as of today 27th Dec, we are still waiting for the result to be uploaded to the dashboard!! She leaves the UK back to her country of origin on the 29th. So what was the point of using this service?? She will be carrying out a fit to fly test on the 28th of Dec(with a different provider obviously) and I'm positive she will receive the results of that test before we get this one. I can only advise any other intending victims of this sham of a service provider to be aware of their terribly poor service and I will also be making a formal complaint. Unacceptable!!
By the way I am the one who carried out the purchase and postage of the test for my sister in question- hence my genuine concern for her receiving this terrible service as a visitor.

Exceedingly great product and delivery process!!

If I could give 10 stars I would've but nevertheless - Delivery was quite seamless and on schedule. The product arrived flat packed and some of the screws had already been done!! :) .Screws and other bits were well packed and labelled, assembling the rest of the bed was not such a hard task with clear instructions and no drilling involved!! :) Took about 40 minutes altogether but that was expected as it's a large item to assemble. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to others too! :)

Irrelevant discounts!!…

Ubereats keeps sending me discounts that are not relevant to me, I'm sure there's a way to detect my most frequently used restaurants but they always give discounts for restaurants I don't use - why bother???
Very disappointed by this trickery!! Not encouraged to continue using this company as incentives are not fair across board.

So my issue with the increase in my direct debit has now been sorted and I am left a much happier customer now.I want to express my sincere appreciation for the swift response I received from isupply specifically Guido-the customer experience advocate who handled my case and made sure that I'm reverted back to my initial agreement. I have never had any issues with isupply and understand that mistakes do happen I am very glad that this company has a structure put in place to handle such unfortunate events. Very impressive gardening service. Very proffessional gardeners, no faffing about. Tidied up afterwards. Would have been 5stars but they arrived late (not cool). Definitely would be using their services again and would recommend to friends and family.

Another Satisfied Customer!

I previously gave a bad review for the way my case was handled (My front door glass got broken on the job) but after finally communicating with a manager - LARS, who I must commend for his painstaking effort in bringing this fiasco to a quick and satisfactory end, I must change my review to Excellent. Fantastic Services is covering the cost of repairs of the broken glass and have very kindly sent us a beautiful gift basket as a token for all the inconvenience caused.
I have never had any issues with the quality of service from Fantastic Services throughout my time as a valued customer and am glad that this incident has taught both parties valuable lessons. The gardeners were excellent and gave my garden a very clean and refreshing look. They were professional and took away all the rubbish from the site. I must add that in the event of any mishaps, you can trust Fantastic services to handle with speed and efficacy. I am definitely continuing to recommend to everyone as they are a proven trustworthy and efficient Company. Keep up the good work.
