Duncan was polite and courteous. He listened to my questions and answered them promptly. He was not pushy, which is a plus for me, and understood exact what I was looking for.

No problem with my order. Product arrived timely and as described. The only downfall is they send out way too many emails - everyday, and sometimes multiple emails daily. I had to unsubscribe because I don’t like being hounded daily.

The picture of hub we ordered was misleading. It had a 2 wheel drive vehicle shown next to a 4 wheel hub description. It cost $25 to send this part back. The return process was fine. No problems at all.
