Scrap car comparison,were very punctual,friendly and helpful, and they paid the money into my bank account immediately, before I had even finished the phone call,to the lady who processed the payment.I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

The service was excellent

The service was excellent. The driver arrived on time,and was very friendly and helpful. The lady who processed the payment was very friendly and helpful,and the lady had transferred the payment into my bank account, before I had finished the phone call.Exceellent service all round.I would thoroughly recommended to everyone.

I am really pleased with the service

I am really pleased with the service provided by British Telecom/Openreach,as the Enginner arrived at 8.15am,to correct my broadband problem.He was very friendly,and very chatty,and he kept me informed on what he was doing.Excellent service.

Rude,aggressive customer service,poor quality clothing.

Unfortunately Trustpilot doesn't give the option of giving The Leather company minus 1000 stars,or else that is what I would have given,this appalling company.
A foreign chap,said that he was going to send me a box,with a returns label inside,for me to return my faulty leather jacket, but when I called to speak to him 3 days later,to find out when I could expect to receive the box,he said that he had changed his mind because "The leather Company only,normally send out boxes to customers for them to bury their mothers in", which he found very funny!!
Do yourselves a big favour, by avoiding this dreadful company, with terrible customer service.
It was quite a scary experience!! I have now got a leather jacket,that I cannot wear because the buttons have become detached from the jacket after only 2 weeks!!!!

Cheap tatty rubbish

Cheap tatty rubbish.
I bought a Ferdinand leather jacket and after only 2 weeks, the buttons came off of the jacket. The buttons are so poorly sewn on with very cheap thin cotton!!!!!!!!!
The jacket is now at the dry cleaners,having the buttons reattched,but more securely this time.
More expense,that the leather company hasn't offered to reimburse. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this dreadful company.

Rix motors sold me an immaculate 2013…

Rix motors sold me an immaculate 2013 bmw,1 series.They delivered my new car at exactly the agreed time,which was amazing,especially as i live nearly 5 hours drive away from Rix motors showroom.My new Car didn't have a hanbook with it,so i contacted my local BMW dealer and ordered and paid for a new handbook.I let Rix motors know about what i had done,and Henry from Rix motors couldn't have been more helpful.My local BMW dealer emailed the receipt for the handbook, to Rix motors and within an hour of leaving my local BMW dealer,Rix motors had refunded the money that i had paid for a new handbook,into my bank account I couldn't be more pleased, with their excellent, friendly, professional service.10/10

Lying salesman

I was told by the salesman, that there was an owner's handbook in the glove box,however when it was delivered,it turned out the salesman had been lying to me.there isn't a handbook, therefore i have absolutely no idea how any of the features,work on my new car.
I have ordered a new handbook from Bmw and it has cost me £43.50,i have got to wait 7 to 10 days for the handbook to arrive from Germany,therefore i will have,had the car for nearly a month,without having a clue how to operate any of the features.All because the salesman was too lazy,to go and look in the glovebox and he thought,that he would just tell me,what i wanted to hear.I am more than happy to give a better review for Rix Motors,if they have got the decency to refund me,the money that i have paid BMW for an owner's handbook,which i should have received in the first place, as promised. salesman was a liar

I was told,that i would be getting an owner's handbook,in the glovebox,so that i knew how everything worked.
Loads of features,on the car, that i still don't know how to operate,after having owned the car for 7 days.
Just guess work on my part.
I have ordered a handbook from my local BMW dealer, but i have to wait 7 - 10 days for it to arrive from Germany.
I am considering taking £45.00,off,of my first payment,to Startline motor finance to allow for the cost of the handbook,that i was promised and did not receive.!!!

Unfortunately trustpilot doesn't give the opportunity of leaving minus stars,because this firm of estate agents,didn't have the ability to sell my home.
If you decide to try and sell your property with these fools,they will make alot of appointments for people to view your property,then half of their clients turn out to be no shows and don't keep their appts,wasting everyones time.they are more interested in trying to sell you property that you aren't interested in buying,including retirement apartments,regardless of your age.
They sell your property subject to contract to someone who then goes out of the country for an indefinate period of time and tells her solicitor not to do anything while she is away,then while she is away,after your property has been sold subject to contract for 6weeks,she then decides not to proceed any further,so the buyer loses 6 weeks of potential viewings.do not trust clarkes estate agents with your keys and do the viewings yourself,because they have either lost my keys or just won't let me have them back.clarkes fees are at least £1000 more expensive,than most of the other agents in bognor regis.
So to sum this firm up,they are overpriced, in comparison to other estate agents in the area, they make mistakes,they forget to do what you are paying them for and they either withold or lose your front door keys.Although they are overpriced,on this occasion,they didn't charge me anything,because they terminated our aggreement,after they realised that they didn't have the ability to sell my home.

The file also confirms that your property did indeed go under offer and that the sale transaction subsequently stalled. The file also confirms that Clarkes actively recommended to you that your property is re-marketed.

I note that we have received, (and continue to receive) a series of quite unwarranted and unpleasant emails from you. Furthermore I note that you chose to decline every phone call that we made to you following each of those emails and that you have ignored all our requests to call us. In light of your totally unacceptable use of language and a total lack of your preparedness to engage in any meaningful dialogue with us I made the decision that Clarkes would not continue to act for you, and accordingly I released you from your contractual period and invited you to appoint another agent.

Your keys are of course, still safely awaiting your collection.

I recognise that a sale collapse is never going to be great for any of the people that are involved it and that you are unhappy about it. And yet I also cannot find an actual service problem that needs addressing.
