I’m trying to get my parcel
I’m trying to get my parcel. Your telephone system is terrible you just can’t speak to a person.
They are holding my package and I can’t get it delivered.
When calling with the information above they are staying the parcel is in BASILDON waiting for collection, I would like my parcel delivered to my home address please
