I recently applied for two fixed rate accounts. I found the application process easy to understand, and the opening was very quick. The fact that rates are held for several days after opening was used to advantage in case the BoE base rate went down just before my funding account matured. I also really liked that they immediately emailed on receipt of the funds (which with Faster Payment was instant).

I wanted 50 copies of a 7 page A5 beach guide on tearproof and waterproof paper. I hadn't used Original Copy Centre before; I checked Trustpilot and was impressed that with so many reviews they scored 5.0. After the ordering process and excellent communication from Leanne I would give them 6.0 if that was possible. The customer service was exemplary, the quality of the plastic paper and the double sided full colour print - that arrived today Wed (only ordered last Friday) is truly great. Am really pleased.

I emailed an enquiry 5 days ago and got a prompt reply; I amended the order and got immediate confirmation. Packaged the same day, invoice sent (and paid immediately) and despatched to the pallet company on that day2. Day 5 delivered in excellent order that morning, after being kept advised by the pallet company throughout. Very pleased with the whole process of buying the fence posts, from the ordering, the prompt responses, to the method of delivery and the actual product. Thank you.

I hadn't used Hodge previously, but they had a really good rate incl monthly interest. I found their application straightforward, their wording clear, their website easy to use, and they kept me well advised of the process. It did take a couple of hours to resolve that Hodge doesn't appear with the sort code - but that was an issue with my paying bank, not for Hodge.

Easy ordering, lots of product choice. Well packaged. Despatched well within the advised time frame. All really good.

Quality of the print received has been excellent (400gsm A3 silk).
The ordering process was fine although I had to call for one query; the online view generated was very pixelated and I wanted to be sure that this was not a "proof"; I was assured it was just a layout indication. And indeed the print was not pixelated at all (my uploaded file was 600dpi).

Good choice of cottons, easy ordering process that was clear, competitive prices, prompt despatch.

1/ Unclear wording as regards the pension validity date;
2/ No standards that their Agents are expected to abide by.

I have used Aldermore for many years, initially for a business account, and since then for multiple personal accounts, and without exception have always found them efficient. The website is good and easy to use, and there seem to be good explanations - they have always done what they said they would do for renewals and anything else.

Purchased through Ebay, but item description was spot on, quality of tie wraps was good (a few already used), arrived on time, and Avartek comms were prompt and informative.

The print and quality as delivered are fine, so am happy. As a first time user it was a bit disconcerting placing the order as there seemed to be some almost contradictory info; for example it said leave 6mm all round inside the crop line; but then the preview page shows a line and says everything inside that is OK (and it was).

Used multiple times to date; great choice of products at good prices with good delivery options. Always packed really well and always delivered on time. Nothing but praise.

I have found the selection of books really wide; five non-fiction in two weeks and all at really reasonable prices. Condition of books has been exactly as described.

The helpfulness and thought involved was brilliant. Specifically:
1/ Didn't mind checking that the part was suitable for my number plate (because minor difference in OEM part number);
2/ We know DPD is not the fastest service to our address in northeast Scotland so Coastal switched to Royal Mail 24, which was indeed truly next day. Actually 20 hours from placing order on phone.
3/ Packaging and labelling was perfect.

Easy ordering; quick despatch; kept advised; sufficiently wrapped (although courier found it a struggle with 25kg - I took out each 12.55kg bags to make it easier for me!); birds love them.

Easy to use website, clear order confirmation, quick to despatch and properly packed. I have used Solgar several times and it has always been the same.

The online purchasing was a good process; in particular the design your own wording was very flexible and helpful. The order confirmation email was also straightforward, but what wasn't was that we got an email two days later saying the order had been despatched. Yet Evri/Hermes didn't actually get the pens for several days, so it took 9 days for delivery after we were advised of supposed despatch. So final delivery was within the window, but misleading.
