Very pleased - the shutters arrived when expected, the communication from the Peter John team was really good / clear throughout, and the guy who fitted the new shutters to our wonky Victorian windows did a fantastic job. The whole experience was good service, with minimum fuss, and a very neat final result.

Plants seem to be recovering but arrived with yellowed leaves.

All good - felt like it took ages to come, but we knew the delivery time when we ordered, so all within given times, and the online tracking was decent; we don't love the item - but we knew we wouldn't when we ordered (had struggled to find something of the right dimensions) - BUT now we have it, the very big positives are, the delivery people were brilliant and, due to the quality of the item (robustly made, cleanly finished, great design, and very comfy) we like it more than we expected to.
