Good customer service and willing to help. I'm only given such low rate because I was sent the rng item not once but twice after calling and stating it was shipped rng.. they gladly offered to ship another free of charge n to keep the rng one. But again I received the rng one.. so I have another one coming in a few days we will see how this goes.. but all in all they are good
