Didn't take ownership with the error measuring my wardrobes when you did the survey , cost me £200 in extra labour due to delays . Won't recommend to friends and family and will take my kitchen install elsewhere

This company has been completely unhelpful. Despite numerous visits, emails, and phone calls regarding a full refund for an auto-renewed gym membership for £1000 (which we canceled on the same day with no prior notice), they have provided no resolution.
I strongly advise against using this company. I am still trying to get a refund, but they continue to ignore all forms of communication.

Review of Purplebricks
First time selling a property so I was very nervous about the whole experience! . But luckily our local property expert Joe Beard was on hand to help answer any questions and be there as my local contact. Always willing to listen and take phone calls out of hours ! Which was a great help.
All in all purplebricks is a great way to buy and sell with, I would highly recommended it to any friends and family
