The sales guy i delt with HAS was very helpful and professional a delight to deal with , the reception staff are very friendly and polite and the guy that did the paper work at the end and handed me the keys was very professional and helpful as well

Delivery guys turned up 2 man delivery team as ordered a cooker they brought in house through hall wall into living room and left it there, did not make an attempt to place in kitchen, they commented its to big to go in kitchen we have to leave it here and left, I had to move it myself from living room to kitchen and I'm on crutches at moment, absolutely discraceful delivery service
