65% or reviewers give 1 star & reading them, it's clear they fall into one of two categories. Either the quality of the photo or the extortionate pricing for the weird combination of photos offered. This time around, I'm OK with the quality, but once again it's impossible to buy exactly what I want. Having 'split'families must be a God-send to Tempest, as it's impossible to get two, large portraits. And who really wants passport size photos!?

It's about time schools fought back and broke this monopoly.

Never great quality but you feel duty-bound to buy them for the memories. The most random combinations of order options ensures that it'll cost you more than necessary and it's never possible to get exactly what you need. £17 for a single 7" x 5.5" print is extortionate.

As others have discovered, this company do not pay their suppliers. Court action started & judgement awarded but very little hope of receiving any money. No longer at Holmbush Potteries Estate although this is the address that Companies House hold for them. Now list two addresses on their website, one with an incorrect postcode. Mistake of intentional deceit? Never answer the phone.

Phil was our engineer, who was pleasant & polite. Quickly diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher; blocked pipe, which was quickly cleared. Easy when you know how! Not the cheapest, but I guess it's not just about having the right hammer, it's knowing where to tap!

Without doubt, THE worst experience I've had when dealing with ANY company. Every step of the process is littered with errors, lies, broken promises & illegal activity. By illegal, I refer to their practise of reinstating cancelled Direct Debits. It would seem I am not the only one to have had this happen to.

Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs (because it will cost you dearly).
