I was in two minds about ordering from this website but I looked into all the reviews and spoke to some people who have bought stuff from it I ordered then got a a message from them on what’s app spoke to them and two days later my T-shirt came brilliant fit will defo be buying again from them

Hello Antony, Thanks for your feedback, although we are very sorry that you are disappointed with our service. Please could you elaborate on why you are so disappointed with the service, as we have looked at your account and can see no reason as to why you should be unhappy. We can see that your order was placed on the evening of the 10th of April, was sent out on the 11th and was delivered to you on the 12th. We received a return back from you via our free returns service on the 19th of April and the return has been processed and refunded this morning, so we are unsure at which point we have provided 'shocking customer service' and we would really appreciate it if you could please let us know.
