UPDATE** Partial order delivered only - so disappointed

UPDATE: upgraded the review to 4 stars. The CS team contacted me by phone and the second part of the order is on its way. Shame that they could not deliver on one go as I am now away for 2 weeks and will need to divert to a neighbour, not something i like to do.

I ordered on the basis of an offer on Amazon an Anker Solix C800 Solar Generator plus PS100 for a very good price on June 27 and before the offer expired. Sadly they use EVRI as the couriers. So today I receive only the PS100 with no sign of the C800. Try to contact CS but they go home at 4pm? I worked in CS and never went home by 4, usually open till 6pm. So now I have a problem - Didk Anker not ship the C800 or did EVRI loose that part of the order.

I've send emails but I'm not confident ANKER will deal with this issue in a timely and satifactory manner. Hopefully Anker will perhaps exceed my very low expectation at this point.

Ik ben geen techie dus problemen zijn moeilijk (niet) oplosbaar

Ik ben geen techie, will gewoon via VPN naar NL tv kijken. Echter, de app is niet intuitive en werkt af en toe met voornamelijk niet. Support is niet makelijk, ik krijg geen antwoord, er is geen chat functie en dus zeer zeer frustrerend om problemen optelossen. De support page geeft ook geen antwoord om mijn vragen. Overall a very negative experience for the second time!

Our replacment Stelton EM77 lasted just…

Our replacment Stelton EM77 lasted just about 14 months. The light is on, but nothing happens so suspect its the heating element. The one prior to that (our first one) lasted about 12 months, also because of electrical failure. Really not good enough. A waste of money just for looks but not functionality or durability.
Not good enough Stelton.

Despite the initial disappointment

Despite the initial disappointment, Customer Services dealt with it well, and I picked up my new Ribble CGR AL last Friday and rode it over the weekend. What can I say - a great improvment on my old bike and its a beautiful bike that rides fantastic. Good gears, bigger tyre for a smoother ride and with the panier carrier I can look forward to my holiday in Northern Ireland next week as well as regular commute to work.
After having ridden a 15 year old Halfords bike with a Tiagra groupset, this bike is obvioulsy a great improvement. With the personalisation when I was in store (fitting advice to get the right spec) and the Bike to Work scheme I think I have a very good bike for a great price. Thank you Ribble for dealing with it so well.

Disappointed but customer service is improving

Follow up.
Customer service rang me and we have a way forward for my bike although not an ideal situation. I'm hoping my bike will arrive before my planned cycling holiday at the end of September and and email has been received to say I can expect it soon. However.. the fact remains I'll have a bike with a spec I didn't order but I've been assured this will be rectified once the parts are available.

Disappointed with customer service so far. My build date delayed once (short email) which I can understand but my new build date was today (Fri Sep 3) Earlier in the week I rang Ribble for an update but got no information. Rang again yesterday and was basically fobbed off with ‘ the factory will send you a tracking number when it’s on its way to the store’. Then today I get an email to say delayed till 2022 because casettte not available. Suggestion I go for a smaller casettte but no number to ring back. What is a shame is that I wasn’t informed sooner. I booked a cycle holiday in Northern Ireland end of September hoping to use my new bike! Took out insurance…. Why leave the bad news so late?.. I’ve asked them to contact me on my mobile over the weekend. We’ll see….

I received another persons parcel

I received another persons parcel, the shipping label was misprinted. As it was the weekend I found the correct recipient and made contact with them. I contacted Hamilton Gas via FB on the weekend and during the week after, but never received a reply. At my own cost I forwarded your misdirected parcel to the right recipient but you never even acknowledge my contact nor that I saved you some hassle. A thank you woudl have been nice, as I didin't claim the postage paid to correct your mistake. My own parcel arrived no problem. But I made contact, resolved the issue for you but it was never acknowledged. I realise you may have lower levels of staffing but at least a thank you via FB would have been nice...
