I may have mentioned in previous reviews CeX is possibly my favorite shop, so I wont repeat myself and focus specifically on this order.
It all started when I purchased a Mint PS1 game- thinking It was a safe option. I had to return it as it was nowhere near mint and missing 1 of 2 manuals. No problems at all with refund, in the form of a voucher :)
Then I had a large voucher to spend - so when I saw a rare PS2 game I'd been trying to get for over a year- (I check the page often) , I decided to get it..... wont get into the details, but there were 2 copies and I had a bad feeling about one of them as it was in stock for ages and possibly returned already by someone else. I ended up getting an Italian copy
Before I even had chance to get a refund and try again, the other copy of this rare game had gone- that is what annoys me most
TLDR; CEX should have separate web pages for Mint and Boxed games regardless of console- if above a certain price such as £50. If spending that kind of money a foreign import / missing manual / scratched disk isnt really acceptable,
Its great and reassuring that CEX staff are there in store to sort this out--- BUT wouldnt it just be easier for both Customers and Staff if this could be avoided, and it so easily could be with the above suggestion
