Ordered a PS1 game listed as 'Mint'.
It arrived on time and extremely well packaged. The game however was not what I hoped for- cover art had considerable damage, disc & rear cover art was from the 'ubisoft essentials' version and didn't match the cover. Making it less collectable like Platinum etc. Otherwise it was great, had the manual and nice condition box.
a full refund was issued with ease by helpful staff, and I will try again next time its in stock

Ordered a rare PS2 game, looking for it quite a while.
It came with no manual and the disc was quite scratched- clearly not CEX's fault but I would not have bought it knowing this. Decided not to return it as it was a good price and may not see it again.
The dispatch and delivery was fast.
I wouldnt take this chance with a more expensive game, so they are losing money by not specifying 'complete in box' and a condition grade 'acceptable,Good, Mint' would be handy

I have used ESET on 3 of my personal PCs and a further 3 of family members PCs in my home; for 8-10 years at my best guess.
I previously used the 'market leader' that came with my first PC before I was obsessed with computers, but made the switch to ESET after a virus and being informed that the one I was using was useless and ESET was much better, and I use Malwarebytes to accompany it. (I have no doubt that had I been running ESET from the start I would'nt have got that virus.)
In that time this AV has Never let me down once. It is easy to use and update, and has improved over the years significantly. The interface is clean and looks great, and it always blocks malicious web pages. Good features and doesnt get in the way of my daily tasks.

I may have mentioned in previous reviews CeX is possibly my favorite shop, so I wont repeat myself and focus specifically on this order.

It all started when I purchased a Mint PS1 game- thinking It was a safe option. I had to return it as it was nowhere near mint and missing 1 of 2 manuals. No problems at all with refund, in the form of a voucher :)

Then I had a large voucher to spend - so when I saw a rare PS2 game I'd been trying to get for over a year- (I check the page often) , I decided to get it..... wont get into the details, but there were 2 copies and I had a bad feeling about one of them as it was in stock for ages and possibly returned already by someone else. I ended up getting an Italian copy
Before I even had chance to get a refund and try again, the other copy of this rare game had gone- that is what annoys me most

TLDR; CEX should have separate web pages for Mint and Boxed games regardless of console- if above a certain price such as £50. If spending that kind of money a foreign import / missing manual / scratched disk isnt really acceptable,
Its great and reassuring that CEX staff are there in store to sort this out--- BUT wouldnt it just be easier for both Customers and Staff if this could be avoided, and it so easily could be with the above suggestion
