Amazing free gift, but the main reason I keep coming back is to be able to buy direct from the company, no middle man taking /making money, and mainly the quality. Ive learnt that one or two more high quality/pricier pencils do so much more than a whole tin of cheap ones from somewhere else! I keep learning each time I use them!

I now have the therapeutic blanket as well as the cooling blanket. I have multiple health issues including fibromyalgia and the having the weight of the blanket on my limbs has meant that I sleep much more soundly and wake feeling more refreshed. I was skeptical to start with, but am now a convert and have also converted some friends!

Fed up of having parcels left on my doorstep when I am in the house.

I already had a weighted blanket but, going through a 2nd menopause because of cancer treatment meant that even with only a 1.5tog duvet I was too hot in the middle and half the time it ended up being flung off! So I decided to try the cooling weighted blanket... wow! It works! Same weight but without the heat! How? No idea ... it's magic and I love it! I think my only negative would be that the grey in this style is v v pale and so doesn't look as luxurious as the original grey. But that's a minor issue compared to being cool and comfy. I also have fibromyalgia and ME and I definitely sleep better using the weighted blankets as it's an all over gentle pressure.

These weighted blankets are a game changer for me.
I have various medical conditions which mean I cannot control my temperature. Using a 1.5tog duvet (all winter!!!) with a kudd.ly weighted blanket on top means that i get the weight of a heavier duvet (which makes my body relax) without the heat of the extra 12.5togs I used to use!! I have just bought a cooling weighted blanket for the warmer nights and it is already a game changer.
I bought both individually when the offers were on, which made them very affordable and certainly worth the money.
They arrived quickly in sensible packaging, and come in their own storage bag. I purchased both in light grey and it is a lovely colour.

This coffee is amazing... I get the Lucky Dip and Flavoured boxes and there are always new ones to try. I love that it's a surprise each time, although I am now beginning to recognise certain pod designs.
The fact that it is SO much cheaper than buying from my machine's brand, it is saving pods from landfill when there is absolutely nothing wrong with them, far less packaging than ither brands, and I'm supporting a small business makes it a win win situation in my eyes.

Excellent quality, quick delivery and beautiful packaging to make a lady feel more luxurious when buying something practical. Love the colours - especially the deep green and slate blue. These really do work.. I don't know how... maybe they use unicorn hair in the stitching! Excellent delivery drivers. Both have been polite, friendly and took care delivering to our chosen room.
One door was damaged with grease and a dent, (hence 4 stars) but Leader Doors sent a replacement within 3 days of my email and photographic proof. Excellent customer service. Doors seem v good quality. Very pleased, would recommend as a company.

I am having horrendous hot (and cold) flushes from having to take cancer medication, which has basically brought on a 2nd menopause ..oh joy! 🤪🥵
I had seen Become advertised on Facebook a number of times, and thought it sounded too good to be true.
However I got to the point where I was willing to try anything to help control the flushes. So 2 weeks ago I bought the anti flush vest tops and camisoles and a pair of anti flush leggings to wear with an anti flush vest top for bed.
I am still having as many flushes (that really would be too good to believe if it could stop them entirely!) However I do think that the areas of my body which are covered by the anti flush clothing don't feel as hot and I don't feel as uncomfortable and sweaty when having a flush. I am still having a couple of large episodes at night, but don't think I'm waking as many times in the night due to smaller flushes. They are also incredibly comfortable to wear.
I would definitely suggest giving them a go, especially as there's a 60 day satisfaction guarantee.
All I need now is an anti flush balaclava and I'll be sorted!

This company is truly amazing.
Not only the ethics of the company (re-purposing pre-loved cashmere items of clothing and employing people locally), but the garments they make have literally changed my way of life.
I am disabled and have severe pain in my hands all the time. Wearing these wrist warmers/ fingerless gloves mean that my hands don't get as cold / stay at a constant temperature meaning that the pain has diminished, my fingers move more freely and I have beautiful wrist coverings as well!
They come beautifully wrapped, often with a smiley face or
handwritten message on the order slip.
They are also the same price or cheaper than buying from a big company so supporting a small business is a no brainer.

An amazing customer service experience in Norwich. No hassle or hard sell despite a sale being on. Came back 2 days in a row as had to check could get chair into the house and I was recognised and greeted by name the second time. Made me feel valued.

Excellent staff service- not pushy but friendly, informative and there when you needed.
Bought divan bed, head board,mattress and pillows.
All delivered v quickly. Strut on head board was faulty but could be used so it was fitted temporarily and i was contacted within 3hrs by customer services re delivering a new one the next week.
Have since been back to the shop to buy extra pillows and was recognised by the staff and shown great customer service again.

Quick contact from companies who not only said that they were interested but came out and gave quotes within a couple of days. Was able to research the companies and look at reviews on line, rather than just plucking companies out of thin air.
Would definitely recommend.

It was very easy and quick to order and receive the shredder and i received email updates at every stage of the process

The shredder arrived well packaged, but not excessively unlike many other online retailers.

Unfortunately the shredder I received had a fault. I emailed customer service, (including a photo), at about 5pm and by 10am the next day had already received an apology, a full refund and was told i didn't have to return the faulty item.

I am very impressed with the customer service and would use them again as well as recommend to friends.

My review has 5 stars (despite the faulty machine) because of the company acting quickly and, actually , beyond what my expectations were, having had to deal with faults/returns with other companies in the past.
