This used to be a very good survey company we few screen outs, never got many surveys about 2 a month but were well paid. Now get only 1 every few months and last survey required me plus child to watch a 10 minute video, and after watched video and completed survey at the end got screened out. Customer services sent a standard reply and then refused to answer all other emails

Terrible customer service - Sent a query back in april as I did not get a reward after shopping and no one has still answered the query

Easy to use app - easy to send in printed receipts, online receipts. Always receive payouts quickly. online are sometimes rejected - because not elligible - there needs to be a list of shops - otherwise how do you know. Receipts are sometimes rejected for wrong reasons - but if you email customer services it always gets sorted - although sometimes it takes a long while for them credit the mistakes. Overall a good app to earn extra cash

I think the product page is misleading because it does sound like you just buy the collar and that will work straight away, its only when you read guide on how not to lose a collar - did the collar work for me. Also i got the how to guide after my 1st collar was already delivered and already got lost. Also knowledge that the cat collar was stronger than the kitten collar but also small enough for a kitten would have been useful information too. But my cat is now very happy in his collar and the delivery was very fast, just wish not so expensive

promotion to sign up was 10% - but when received email - code given - but code did not work - told not available - as per reply message - I have not received any message from you

This is use to be a very good site - but as per lots of other reviews on here, it has gone downhill. Did not receive any new tests for months and when questioned was told i violated company policy. Would not tell me why, I'm not sure how they benefit from this, as previously did not have any problems.

okay the ebay service does not always work, and the prices seem to change from one day to the next. They don't have the cheapest prices at the top so you have to look for the cheapest. Also you have to download the label to see the code to print at store

Its takes a long time to process a claim if you have a problem and you can only claim if you pay to protect your parcels.

Not really happy with my photo book. I originally received the wrong style of book and it took a while to get a response from customer service, and finally received a second book, but several of the pages were stuck together and had to be carefully pulled apart. It seemed as the books were rushed and not dried properly as this was also the same on the first book

Long time customer of Freemans, good value, good customer service. I like how you can order and pay over time. Never had any problems

i can not see the option to have your label printed at the shop it goes straight to printing yourself this is very annoying
