So much easier to pick up from a locker. No worries about not being in for a delivery. All worked very well.

I have used cook in the past and have…

I have used cook in the past and have always had extremely good hot food. Which is why I was so disappointed this time. I ordered 3 things for a buffet. I defrosted as per instructions. The cous cous was very wet by the time it was defrosted and after I added the red sauce it honestly did not taste good. I thought it was perhaps just not to my taste although I had to drain off the liquid before putting it out on the table later that day. But actually a lot of people said they did not like. The coronation chicken had a far too thick consistency and the flavour was much too sweet. Again I did not eat and not many others did either. Finally the salmon tart once defrosted seemed quite soft and liquid. I assumed it would be ok but later after a short while out on the buffet table it collapsed on one side and liquid came out on to the plate. It also had a very pungent odour which was off putting to the guests and so no one would eat. All in all a disaster for all the things I bought! I kept all of these items in the fridge until needed once defrosted and I had defrosted them in the fridge. I feel I wasted my money on all 3 things and I will never have them again. All 3 ended up in the bin with little being touched. This has made me wary about buying any of your cold salad things in the future.

Always good postal service with wayfair…

Always good postal service with wayfair and excellent with a refund if necessary which on this occasion was required. I received the refund within a few hours of dropping off parcel at collection point and within just over 24 hours of receiving the parcel in the first place.

Excellent and professional service

I was advised to use Purple Bricks by my financial adviser. I am so very glad I did. Not just because of the savings on the commission fees, but because of the outstanding service I received. I found the fees very reasonable and as a woman on my own selling I was very comfortable with the way things were explained to me. The agent that was assigned to me, Chris Fleming, could not have been more helpful and was tireless in his patience answering all my questions. I was selling a listed building and Chris was armed with all the knowledge needed to market the house. The descriptions were accurate and the photos were so good and better than some brochures I have seen that I was constantly receiving remarks on how beautiful the house looked. Chris' valuation was spot on and I had in mind a number that I would like to get for my property and he exceeded that with careful negotiation by £10,000. At no time did I feel pressured to lower the price and the property sold within 6 months. Even then I didn't feel deserted by Purple Bricks as Chris stayed in touch from time to time to make sure everything was going to plan. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use Purple Bricks and have already done so to a few people. I think anyone would be crazy not to use them. Everything ran very smoothly but I felt confident that if there had been a problem, Purple Bricks would have helped me solve it.
