Parcel left very visibly on my wet doormat all day to soak up water and damage the product inside. Appreciate this was a delivery company issue, but advertised free gift was also not included in my package.

Awful experience...no pick up time confirmation received regardless of numerous texts to local provider and direct website ticket raised with no response received from either channel. Emergency number given on e-ticket didn’t work so had to keep calling the UK number to be transferred to a Greek number.
I had to stay up late the night before an early flight calling and chasing a pick up time whilst incurring overseas call charges as there was no time left to arrange an alternative transfer.
