Perfect "thin blue smoke"
Meat is smoked to perfection....deep penetration. Boston Butt came out perfect, my best ever. Also cooked chicken & ribs--great flavor. The light a fire and basically forget it is wonderful beyond words. Currently, I am trying to smoke everything I can think of and discover what, if any, the limits are. FYI, for many years I have used an off set smoker. The Pit Barrel holds more and is far easier to use. LOVE IT! Also, many videos on YouTube for ideas/help. Can't go wrong with the Pit Barrel Cooker!
