What a great company. I purchased one of their first generation products before the company grew to the size it is today. They may still be a smaller, but growing, business, but that's what makes it so great. They are extremely receptive to questions and quick to return answers and custom orders for parts and accessories.

The product itself is fabulous. I live on the East coast, and use my PBC every weekend, rain or shine, whether it's hot or snowing. The videos they produce show exactly how to smoke and cook all types of beef and pork. I haven't used it for fish, but, everything I make in this PBC turns out exactly like it looks in the videos, from brisket to ribs.
