Excellent service in the Stansted Airport store and very happy about the free delivery for a size they didn’t have. It arrived in France 2 days later! Brilliant.

The product was well explained and presented. The communication during delivery was excellent and the product looks and smells great. The biggest plus is that my 12 year old dog who had gone off her food but needs a weight-watching and joint care regime is loving it! I'm so happy with this product, i shall certainly be buying again.

Big bus tours were great, the system works well and the live guide Kevin was excellent, very funny and enjoyable for all ages. We braced the chill to go open top but it was fine and added to the experience. London is much more manageable seen from a bus and having done this tour first we were better orientated when we strode out on our own. Can't recommend Kevin & Dave (the dream team!) and Big Bus Tours strongly enough.
