Hi,
I ordered tkts to be sent to my hotel in Florence for Fiorentina v BMGladbach on 23/3. There were no tickets waiting for me at my hotel reception, so I rang the international number for help. A gentleman called Paul answered. I explained the problem, and when he looked at my order on the system, I had asked for them to be delivered to my hotel for next day, in Rome, by mistake. I thought I'd lost the tickets and would have to try to get two on the night. Paul then said he'd see would call me back in ten minutes, which he duly did, to explain he had had the tickets reissued and was emailing them to me as "print at home". They arrived and I printed them off via hotel front desk. Panic over!.
Could you pass on my heartfelt thanks to Paul for his help and sorting things so quickly,
