Worse of the worse courier company ever…
Worse of the worse courier company ever exist! They should be close down! I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this courier company. It has been incredibly difficult to obtain even basic information about my package. The customer service number connects to an offshore call center, where representatives are unable to assist directly and must email Aramex for answers—resulting in significant delays. The inefficiency and lack of responsiveness in their delivery service are unacceptable. This level of service reflects poorly on the company's operations and is a disservice to customers who expect timely and reliable support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. -000 star!

Already done that if your read my negative comments. Hopeless before (fastway) and now! Don’t think you change your company name will avoid negative comments! It hope you train your staff to do the job suck!
