Worse of the worse courier company ever…

Worse of the worse courier company ever exist! They should be close down! I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this courier company. It has been incredibly difficult to obtain even basic information about my package. The customer service number connects to an offshore call center, where representatives are unable to assist directly and must email Aramex for answers—resulting in significant delays. The inefficiency and lack of responsiveness in their delivery service are unacceptable. This level of service reflects poorly on the company's operations and is a disservice to customers who expect timely and reliable support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. -000 star!

Already done that if your read my negative comments. Hopeless before (fastway) and now! Don’t think you change your company name will avoid negative comments! It hope you train your staff to do the job suck!

Ordered a Nintendo switch 2 on their…

Ordered a Nintendo switch 2 on their online store on the 5/6 and still no update regard to my order (11/6). I could have bought it in retail store directly to save all this hassle! Escalated with PayPal.

Mydeal said they will refund me but they are going to charge me $15 for their incompetence screw up with their shipping! This is not going to happen in my watch! So you want me to pay more because you (Mydeal) screw up? Customers out there avoid this site at all costs if you don’t want to lose your hard earned money!

You and your outsourced never shipped my order on the day it release and delayed for a week. Only created a shipping label and later cancelled it which I found out from Auspost and you lied to me you are working on it. This will be my first and last time shopping on my deal.com.au


Anyone who read this please beware of this scam company! They have very bad reviews on FB, Google, Trustpilot!

Delay…

The delivery took a while to arrive due to the courier chosen by their logistics provider, which they couldn't control. Despite the delay, they kept me updated, which I appreciated but I hope they can request their logistics team to avoid using Aramex in the future—they were a disaster!

Extra surcharge

Recently bought a gaming computer on their online store. Upon checking out. They charged me with extra surcharge on using visa (PayPal etc). Their given reason was those payment charge me fee not them! What a lame excuse… other company like JB Hi Fi don’t have these extra charges.

They are fantastic but…

They are fantastic but when they said if I promote their product on my website I will get a free T-shirt coupon code and I did that. I waited for them to send me the code which I did not get and few days later I emailed them. They replied to me, they said they did send me the coupon but they will send me again. Upon receiving the code from them. I used it to get a free T shirt on their site but upon checking out the total was $10 off from the T shirt (not free) plus shipping and GST. That is misleading and deceiving!

Their service have been good till Black…

Their service have been good till Black Friday sale. I had multiple orders and the tracking links they send me haven’t been updated. I know Canada post is on strikes around this time. But VGP told me they use UPS for their shipments due to the strikes. I asked if they can follow up with my orders but nothing is done. Wake up VGP!

They told me if I cancel my order I will get store credits instead of refund! Ridiculous! I pay $$ and I will get my $$ back!

Disappointing

Bought some games on this online store. Items show in stock upon made the payment. Later found out one of the item which i purchased was not in stock, staff of Zatu said they will get the item from ‘other’ Zatu branch. Almost a week later matter still not resolved. I don’t understand why this can take almost a week and still not resolved. For sure I will not get my order within the estimated delivery date show on Zatu! Definitely they will loosing a customer if they don’t up their game!

INSURANCE NOT COVER!!! BEWARE!!!

I have used their service number of times to ship orders to my customers and no problems till they used fastway to deliver but they do the insurance. Fastway have damaged the product during shipment. My customer was not happy about it. I informed interparcel about this issue and they refused to cover the damage cost which I paid for the insurance rather they reimburse the delivery fee. Despite of so many times I used their service without any issue. This company is so petty about covering the damage and I will never ever use their service anymore! I want to warn people out there about this issue! Be cautious about it if you want to use their service and pay insurance that they don’t cover if it get damage.

We did applied dispute about the damage item and your company asked for photo as proof and we did provide as well. But you have decided to refund the shipping cost instead of cover the damage insurance which your courier have damage it during their delivery to my customer. I find that your decision is appalling and petty after over 80 times we used your services without any problems in the past. Don’t act like you are a nice guy here… I’m being honest and telling people out there to watch out!

In the event where you have paid for transit warranty on a prohibited/restricted item, no claim is eligible however, it appears that in your case, some kind of reimbursement was made as a gesture of goodwill. Napkin issue

There were so many times happened that Maccas don’t give napkins when I collected my food from the counter or Drivthru. I have to go back and ask them for it. It really bug me especially the branch in Marrickville Metro! Some time I order salad and they didn’t even include the dressing. The staffs were probably trained but don’t give a S H I T about it! I hope this review will wake them up!

My order got lost in the shipment

I waited over 8 months for my games to be ship! Then it got lost in the transit after a month of shipping… I asked LRG to replace my order instead of refund but they DO NOT speed up my replacement since I waited so long… They said they have lots of packages need to be ship out! But my order got lost and need to be out ASAP! They don’t have any sense of urgency! Very bad customer service part from super long waiting period to get your order… They are not very helpful! Will never order any game from them in the future! They should get ban from this game business as some many negative feedbacks!

Socialmeep not met the target!

The company promises is not up to my expectations.. I think it is false advertising that trying to get customers to believe they can hits certain amount of followers by using ‘check your growth’ to lure them to sign up their plan and not deliver the goods.
Company also used mostly fake IG accounts/ bots to increase customer followers to make them believe the followers is legit. They offered me smart reach for a month and I don’t see any difference with my IG growth either.. Even if customers get the Turbo plan, I don’t think it will super fast growth on followers.. only more money wasted! Socialmeep not met the target!
