Deposited 1k to the wallet that was"linked" to my account. Account did not show any deposits. Customer service ignored me until I threatened to contact coinbase and open a fraud claim, then they"credited" my account 1k in a ledger account. When I asked how I could go about swapping that to available funds, I was told that I needed to deposit more money. No thanks.

So far I've had no real problems getting or redeeming any games I've gotten. My only issue is: there's no real way to get a refund if the game is unplayable. I don't mean the game is bad and you dislike it, I mean truly unplayable. Either it won't start because it's a bad console port, or it just doesn't like your version of windows kind of unplayable. Other than that, I tell people about Bundle Stars all the time.
