As alway great service from MM

As alway great service from MM. I had a vibration issue with my XC90 and it was diagnosed and repaired very quickly at a reasonable cost. Very happy.

Great service and great prices

Bought my first bike remotely, which admittedly was a bit of a risk, but they had what I wanted at a good price so i went for it. I'm glad i did! The bike arrived and upon closer inspection it is everything as described and shown in the pictures and video, if not better. The service was swift, the bike arrived 3 days after i paid for it, communication was excellent both from Superbike Factory and from SOS who delivered the bike. I would definitely look here again if/when I buy another bike! Can't wait to get out on it!

Great Company

Great Company, would highly recommend to anyone. Cheaper than my previous house insurance AND cover my bikes. Pedalcover are the best in the business. If you have decent bikes move your insurance to Pedalcover!

Let down by delivery company

Let down by delivery company

I have used Wiggle a lot, and unfortunately for my last order they have been let down badly by their delivery company (Hermes).

I ordered an item that i needed urgently, so paid for next day delivery. Nothing arrived on the day it was supposed to, and not note was left although the on-line tracking suggested delivery had been attempted, i had been in all day and it had not.
Hermes then lost the package, then found it, then lost it again. Eventually it was delivered a week later, and despite Hermes' on on-line tracking stating delivery between 2-4 it was delivered at 9pm and dumped outside my office front door.

It's a shame that a decent company like Wiggle choses to use the cheapest possible delivery company as it really lets them down. I will be switching to another store now who use Royal Mail.

Great Company

I'be bought a few bike bits from Wiggle recently, and their service and speed of delivery is second to none. Wiggle is always the first place i look when I need some shiny new things for my bike...
