We have been members for more than 10 years, and have found the club consistently offers a high standard of service - be it on individual sites or services like ferry and overseas campsite bookings.
The club has on occasions been criticised for its campsite pricing policies. Some sites are sometimes a bit expensive, but we prefer to look at the overall value of membership. Standards are high, sites are well maintained, and the quality is reliable and predictable.

I would normally give a 5 star rating based on experience over several years buying from your sister company. However, my first order from you arrived with damage to one of the items. This has been rectified by yourselves in a reasonable time, so I am satisfied, and will therefore continue to buy from one or other of your sales outlets.
