Review of Direct Specs
I have been using Direct Specs for many years. The customer service is consistently marvellous with a great range of frames and lenses at extremely competitive prices. I was quoted £270 at another well known opticians. Direct Specs talked me through my available options for lenses and I bought some specs, lenses included for £60. As a pensioner, with only my state pension, this is an absolutely fantastic service.
Review of Snag Tights
I am very disappointed in Snag's customer services. I want to return an item but in spite of my contacting Snag via their Facebook page (no response) and then via an email submitting a request for a returns form, no-one has come back to me. I'm so fed up with poor customer services, in future I shall stick to tried and tested fashion catalogues where returns are simple. I won't be buying from Snag again, I can't afford to!

Really awful customer services. I returned items (recorded delivery). I have not received a refund or any acknowledgement of receipt of returned items. Finding out how to return items requires the skill of a detective. I won't waste my money any more on this company. The clothes are cheap and cheerful and often bear little resemblance to the photographs on the app, so buy at your own risk!

I purchased white cotton underpants for my husband. He's quite rotund but these pants are stretchy and very comfortable, very good quality cotton, we shall only buy from here in future. Very happy with the entire service and an excellent price too!

Unfortunately my App didn't do what I wanted it to, the vouchers didn't appear so I wasn't able to rebook, however the money I paid was refunded no hassle, and thank you Fever for that.
