I wanted a strong but small magnet to help my folding bike stay together as I'd added a bit of kit which meant the original magnet no longer reached the joining plate.
Michelle at first4magnets was super helpful. It wasn't a problem she'd had to solve before, but she made lots of good suggestions. And it works. I'm very happy with the solution.

We wanted to try the synergy hybrid mattress and were pleased to be able to negotiate a trial period on condition that we paid return carriage and a for a new cover if we didn't want to keep it. Otherwise I don't think we would have had the courage to spend nearly £1000 on something we hadn't been able to try at all. It would be helpful if there were retail outlets or at least a rep.
My husband has myeloma which has affected his bones, especially his spine and ribs. So he is very fragile and has considerable spinal damage. So although he does not at the moment need the mattress to prevent pressure sores, it helps him by keeping him in a very well supported position all night. He always sleeps well because of the amount of pain killers he takes, but now with the new mattress he wakes up in far less pain than he used to.
Because the mattress is so light, being mainly air, we will be able to take it away with us which is a real bonus.
We are very pleased - before we got this mattress we spent hours trying different mattresses that we already had, with toppers, without toppers etc, sometimes in the middle of the night. I now get a good night's sleep as well!
