I ordered and received some timberland boots for my son for his 6th birthday and they have sent me a pair with 2 completely different sized boots (EU31 left and EU34 right).
I have contacted them on numerous occasions to request the correct size to be issued or a refund and I can’t get a comment from them.
I would not use this company again, it seems like it is a scam.

The actual piece of furniture we purchased was fine but on delivery ( I suspect it's on delivery )
Damage was incurred on the item. The door knob on 1 of the doors had been pushed deep into the wood door making a visible indent.
Poor packaging did not help prevent this as well!
