Poor customer service
Very poor service. I ordered a 400lb weight set along with accessories. At 1mos. I still have not received them. Road Runner freight seems to have misplaced or lost the order. Inbox fitness only says that they will look into it. Wouldn't even give me a contact name or number or a timeframe as to what will happen next. Kind of the brush off. We're very sorry but oh well. Not good. I would be very careful ordering from them.
