Wish I read this reviews before buying as I was sent crappy cheap knock off product too that doesn’t work and they definitely do not have customer service, just an automated reply saying they can’t refund for hygiene reasons!! Such a scam! How can we report them so others aren’t scammed too?!

Was great to have a Campervan for trip around the top of the north island. Have already recommended to two different friends.
The main two reasons why i rated 3 stars and not 5 was:
1. Fridge door kept flying open and food fell out (drink, eggs, meat) so had to use sellotape to try hold together for the rest of the the trip.
2. second bed wooden boards pieces were broken and unable to easily put together, was very fiddly and we weren't confident bed would be stable- had to squeeze into the one small bed for the week!
Would use again if could get a better deal as a bit pricey considering the issues stated above (and of course have these two issues fixed for next trip). Looking forward to another roaddie!
