Excellent product, easy to use (pro and beginner) with professionell sounding audio quality.
I have stopped to buy plugin as I have everything I need but Phil tools are always better side of magic.
Only thing that I don't like (and probably my mistake) its very small on 4K monitore

Keep buying also support is excellent, if problem then prompt answer and mostly solving issue, even with vendors

Almost prefect, I buy in € and sometime (quite often actually) it jump back to UK pound, its a small issue as the invoice is in the correct currency

Product are top, most of the time best price around. Service is always top of the notch and very snappy wen it comes to reaction (most that I had to wait was 2 day at end of year time)

I do have one feature request, to be able to Download the full list of bought product (over 30 now) as it is a bit cumbersome to update my documentation after each purchase (2 coming up soon, only eventide deal, eventide deal)

Yes they have sometime small problem, every shop or software development have them (I know what I am talking about, as we are a software development company).
the quality lays in the service. Been a happy camper using plugin Boutique for many years now. Good plug in, easy shop AND most important in all those years I only had 2 technical issue and one commercial misunderstanding (BTW my mistake).

All 3 where cleared in a breeze to my full satisfaction.
