I bought Office for Mac from MSSoftware a few months ago and have just run into a problem which required me to reinstall the software. My first question to MSSoftware about doing this was sent around 8pm on Saturday evening and answered 6 minutes later! A follow up question later that night was answered on Sunday morning. Really terrific customer service!

I needed a 500 to 600 mm long ceiling mounted shower pipe to replace a badly installed pipe made up of 3 joined extensions. My local bathroom showroom advised me to make it up from 2 hansgrohe extensions - but hansgrohe themselves said that wouldn’t be feasible.

West One Bathrooms identified a small manufacturer which could provide a single length of 500 mm pipe. it arrived a few days later and has been successfully installed. Delighted with the outcome.

Very good service. I ordered a large bag of catfood on Sunday during the early May bank holiday weekend. I used the standard free delivery, which estimated delivery by Friday. In fact, it was shipped on the bank holiday Monday and I received it on the Wednesday. So very pleased!

First class advice over several phone calls to the technical adviser, about which primer and which paint to use for spray-painting a rusted metal staircase, how to prepare the surface, whether it was possible to combine their primer with a different paint bought locally and so on. They asked for photographs of the project and provided clear and patient answers. Then prompt delivery of an excellent product!

Chancellors have always been extremely helpful, most recently by repeatedly reminding me that a critical deadline was approaching. Thanks to their help, and particularly the persistence of Olivia Villafane, which I greatly appreciated, I finally made the deadline!

Good quality product, good price and fast delivery. Impressed that the product was delivered next day although I asked for free standard delivery not express delivery!

Title says it all!

I ordered stuff via the website after 5pm - it was delivered next morning. Most suppliers I've dealt with have a 1pm or 3pm cut-off time for next day delivery, so this is impressive. I've phoned the national helpline staff with several queries and they've been helpful.
A couple of items were shown on the website as out of stock and I was told I could ring my local CEF store and see if they could get them for me from the supplier. I did this and was promised a call back - which never came. Phoned again the next day, again promised a call back - again no call. So this bit of the experience was less impressive. But the service via the website was outstanding.

Helpful information provided online about which Mac models the part I was buying would work with. What particularly impressed me was that the MacUpgrades ordering process also asked for my MacBook Pro model number and, if I remember correctly, the version of OS X I was running, so that someone could check in person that the part I was buying would work with my setup.
No other seller I've ever bought from has taken such steps to check I wasn't accidentally buying a part that wouldn't work with my system - very reassuring! Will turn to these guys first for any future Mac purchases.

Smooth transaction - the license code for my purchase of Microsoft Office 2019 was included with the receipt from Buy-Keys within seconds of the purchase. Successfully registered with Microsoft without any problem.

Good quality items, modest prices, prompt delivery

Most of the positive reviews for 'Three Best Rated' come from companies who have been selected as one of the three best rated in their areas. Obviously they are pleased to have been selected, and several of them say they've got a lot of new business by being selected. Not surprisingly, they leave a good review! However, these reviews are not from _customers_. Most are from companies recommended by "Three best rated"!

I'm not a customer either. I've ticked the box saying I'm a customer, just as these companies must have done and been allowed to do. I'm just pointing out that a good Trust Pilot rating, based on companies' own reviews of themselves, is worthless. Why does Trust Pilot allow this?

I placed my order at 5pm on Thursday, much too late to be despatched that day, and received it 11 am on Sunday. Since VetpenNI is in Lisburn, Northern Ireland and I am in London England, that was impressive!

My 5th order from Wood Finishes Direct. Delivery, as always, was bang on time. They also provide impressive advice if asked, not just on product selection but even on how to do the job!

I urgently needed just one double socket to replace a faulty socket. The precise item I needed would have taken 5 days to order. Gil-lec pointed me to an almost identical one from the same manufacturer that was available immediately, and I had it from them the next day. Good service and reasonably priced

Extremely helpful and friendly advice on which out of a number of products I asked about would best suit the job I was doing.

I paid for next day delivery, but the product didn't arrive on the scheduled day but the day after that. This was down to the courier, UPS, not Wood Finishes Direct, as it had clearly been despatched on time.
