needed to check my credit score as part of my re-mortage. I found the platform quite easy to use, the report is very detailed but also clear. When contacted tme I was quite surprise on the level of customer service they've provided! I would definitely recommend checkmyfile.com as an option to check credit reports.

my bank for two years - everything was excellent, I can recommend them 100%

great customer service over the phone

only room for improvement I think would be the online banking always found it a bit confusing but apart from that all spot on!!

Just purchased google pixel 4a

Just purchased google pixel 4a. It was preorder so was keeping in touch to them via Twitter DM - too slow responses so gave them a call to find my phone had arrive yesterday to the store. I guess they take the money but then don’t follow up to update you unless you chase them ? Apart from that all good, website is easy to navigate and prices are good.

Top-notch Customer Service

I ordered a low price bike so quality wasn't great (you get what you pay for - however I'd like to give Ebike a 5 stars review for their customer service. They've answered all my questions and dealt with my request promptly - happy customer!

All and all I would recommend buying from EBikes (I know I would very probably get my next bike from there)

Took money from my phone bill...how? Emailed them very unhelpful and will not give me refund nor confirm how much money they took....
***update - I did manage eventually to get a full refund. Twitter team was helpful and chased on my behalf...it takes a bit of perseverance but they did pay me. Moving from 1 to 3 starts

I had no choice - avoid if possible

we moved to a new built so not really much to choose from (all big suppliers do not cover the are for the first few years) - I started paying £23 and 20 months later is £29 - I understand retail price index / inflation but that's over 25% increase! Speed is never what I paid for (48mbps) - on a good day I get 25 mbps. Of course they'll say it's the position of the router blah blah blah.... still not happy. Customer service is a bit miss or hit

looking to change to Virgin when they service my area

I am quite happy with this service. I called the call centre and they were very friendly (no long wait and was a free number!) Kevin (engineer) called me on the day before 9am as promised by 080p repair via SMS. He fixed the appliance and I can tell he took the time to carry out all necessary checks - thank you very much

Good price

Good price, friendly and efficient customer service they did check the measures before processing my order. I wish I had more info in term of professional help to install my wardrobe. We did struggle with the installation as instructions were not clear at all! Even a quick visual step by step guide like IKEA would've been great but seriously intructions were impossible to follow so had to do lot of guessing. Did find couple of useful videos in YouTube thou. Another point to highlight is that delivery people called in advance with a delivery slot which is always appreciate it. Thank you

lots of jargon - issue still there (TV bought less than 3 weeks ago)

My brand new LG TV is not connecting to the internet

All other devices are connecting to my router and I tried different networks (e.g. neighbors wifi, tethering...)

Tried factory reset - nothing

Before I had a Samsung TV same spot and was working just fine for years


Their conclusion: "TV is not the problem, the hardware is working on the TV, for internet related problems there are 100s of external factors as your connecting to a international network with millions of devices, that all require different ports to be open, different ports to be forwarded, different DNS routers, different Ip addresses to be assigned. There are 1000s of router settings that could be causing this which is why you need to go through the internet provider with this issue"
