We have purchased a number of items, all of which have been excellent, only disappointment was that we purchased a TV cabinet the week before Christmas, arrived on the 28th only to find that on the day of arrival the price had been reduced by in excess of £100, if it were John Lewis is they would honour a price match, unfortunately Oak Furniture land do not have such offers, very disappointing, that said I can't fault the quality of the product.

I purchased a gift as an 18th Birthday present and paid the extra for next day delivery, the gift itself was excellent, however, the display unit was broken on arrival. I immediately contacted Up North Memorabilia and they sent a replacement with no fuss and following day delivery. Good quality produce and excellent staff service, would definitely use them again.
