Rarewaves is absolutely fantastic 😍 Brilliant selection of items available and all at very competitive prices! Plenty of offers and promotions too. I love shopping on Rarewaves' website. They sometimes also offer 10% off of everything, which is a great deal, especially as many goods are already on sale! Highly recommend A++++

All Clear Travel Insurance is the best…

All Clear Travel Insurance is the best travel insurance company out there! If you have medical conditions, you will not be ripped off for having these - I have a few and was surprised the premium was so low - this is on the Gold Plus premium as well! Please bear in mind, the older you are (60 plus I believe) this will increase the premium slightly as my friend is in this age bracket but it is very reasonable and I have no doubt, cheaper than other insurance companies. You get alot for your cover and as with all insurance providers these days, you can also add on extras if needed. The cover is easy to complete and any medical conditions you need to add are also straightforward, quick and easy! I highly recommend All Clear Travel Insurance.

Exceptional & helpful service at Virgin Lakeside! I always return!

I love Virgin Holidays, especially when I book at the Virgin Holidays Lakeside branch! This is the second time I have booked my holiday to the USA for 2024 (previous one was in 2022). I make the trip to this branch especially. First of all, they are very accommodating and are always very helpful, especially Laura (Kerry, and all staff actually). They find you the best deals and always do their best to meet all of your needs and more. This time I was impressed with the low cost for my return flights in Business Class, which was basically the same as Premium Economy!
The overall price paid for flights to 3 states next year was excellent value for money. Having looked at a competitor, it was alot more so I value the great service and pricing Virgin has to offer. They are happy to do what they can to get you the best holiday, hotels, transfers, etc. It helps to go in with a positive frame of mind and all will come to you! Booking early definitely helps too. :-)
I only ever book my long distance holidays with Virgin now and can always rely on the staff there for help and to meet my needs! Ahh, I mustn't forget the hospitality at Virgin Lakeside either, cups of tea, and lots snacks are kindly offered too! Thank you guys and keep up the excellent work! Highly recommended A+++++

Poor Customer Care from Groupon UK

This is the first time I have used Groupon for a few years to purchase tickets for the Mind, Body & Soul Experience at Alexandra Palace in October 2023. While the tickets were a fantastic price no doubt there, the customer service I found to be dreadful and very slow. Agents that give you the run around, even though I emphasised the urgency of two of my tickets failing, when I had been charged for 4 tickets, I only received two. This still hasn't been resolved. They took all week and a few chasers from me and I got nowhere. They didn't even know what the issue was or gave me any explanation, let alone reassurance. I am still waiting for a resolution even though the show has now finished.

My tickets have not arrived and they are NOT listed in my online account, even though Clarice believes so.

I am stuck with no tickets and 6 days till the show.

Ticketmaster did not email me to inform me that my physical ticket has been changed to an online/mobile one.

Very unhelpful. I have NO tickets.

Europarts - Best to avoid as dishonest

So I made a number of orders over the Black Friday weekend November 2016; One of these orders contained two items, however, the package arrives and there is only one item in the box. There is an invoice in the box which states the other item is "to follow". However, this has never arrived and it's now almost 2 weeks later. When I email customer service, they state I have to show them the invoice as proof. They do not confirm that they have checked anything from their end, e.g. with the dispatch dept as online my account just says order has been dispatched.

I emailed a few times and the same response and no confirmation that they have done any checks.

Now I don't know what to do as I cannot find the invoice to show them, but I feel the assistance is only on the condition I prove to Europarts that I didn't receive the item.

I don't know what to do next as they are just expecting me to show them the invoice. How was I to know the second item would indeed not 'follow'.

The staff are dishonest and carefree, as the person who packed the order has not noted this on their system and now I have the trouble of proving to them I didn't receive the second item. Very bad.

I would definitely avoid Europarts as their system is clearly flawed with no continuity with customers' orders and clearly not recording important order information on their systems. Customer service is very poor. Separate to this, I am also waiting for another order which has so far taken 2 weeks with no dispatch date. Keep hold of your invoices if this happens to you and demand an apology and an offer of goodwill.

Definitely avoid Europarts.
