Une honte...

Service clients au téléphone totalement incompétent, ils ne peuvent pas vous aider. Vous choisissez le service administratif, technique ou financier et vous tombez sur le standard qui n'est pas en France bien entendu. Je n'ai jamais eu des personnes avec autant d'incompétences. J'aurais préféré qu'il n'y ait aucune réponse au téléphone.
