Bought an adaptar 3 weeks ago and…

Bought an adaptar 3 weeks ago and ordered pick up at the store in Odense.
Got information that was on the store on 27/05/2025. Go to the store, they cannot find it.
Next week go there again as I received an email to ask me to inform how was the experience. Once again they cannot find it and claim that even though I got an email I need to receive a sms. 1 more week foward Power personal still didnt ordered a new one or refunded me the money.
Stay away from Power, promisses are there to die.

In the worst time of my life I got the help I needed

In the worst time of my life I got help from Martin, in perfect English which was a big plus. After being stonewalled for a couple of days by the authorities, he explained me what I could or not do, and what to expect. He prepared me for the worst case scenario. Thank you for your help going against a system that is rigged against the fathers.

Stop asking to rate your services

Stop asking to rate your services. 1 email is more than enough, 1 to 2 every day is stupid and spam. Plus if something went wrong you wouldnt help at all.

Transportadora que a eurosender marcou…

Transportadora que a eurosender marcou não atende o telefone e a propria eurosender não confirma nem ajuda em nada. Uma porcaria de serviço.
Marcou se para virem buscar num dia e daqui a pouco estou á espera á 1 semana!!!

Please allow me to assure you that of the thousands of parcels that are booked through our platform daily, very few of them will encounter any form of problem with the pickup. Sadly, this cannot be said for every single parcel. Normally heavy traffic, roadworks or other types of complications can cause the carrier to collect your parcel on a different date. Box open, why?

The box arrived with the security seal broken and was easy to spot finger prints on the phone.

Also I cannot connect to Samsung finder, which opens the question that somene else might be already connected to the mobile phone. I will contact Samsung for further information.

Another thing is that I know the price went up from thursday to friday and after the Black friday went back to the price it was on thursday. Do not think is a very nice practice.

What concerns me the most is really that the phone came with the seal broken and something might be missing or someone is connected to the phone.

Time wise it was very quick delivery.

The price change more than 100kr so what you state in the reply is a lie.

As our service manager explained to you on the phone the device is absolutely brand new and unused with a 2 year warranty. Furthermore we offer a 365 days return policy.

We purchase devices from suppliers all over the EU and with some batches we need to check the contents of the sales packages to be sure they contain all the correct items. In some cases we even update the software to be sure it's the most recent version. A broken Samsung seal does NOT void your warranty in any way.

Regarding the pricing practice our prices are adjusted every day to match the prices of our competitors and to reflect the change in purchase prices which fluctuates greatly on mobile phones (and electronics in general). We tend to buy smaller batches but more often than some of our large competitors. Sometimes the price adjustment benefits our customers and sometimes it doesn't - but usually within a small price range eg. 5 - 50 DKK.

We do not offer special discounts on 'Black Friday'. It's not a phenomenon we want to participate in and we never have. 'Black Friday' is like any other friday to us - although many of our prices easily match the 'Special Black Friday' bargains offered elsewhere :-)
