Been using this company for the last 6 years and the service is always friendly, helpful quick and efficient.

Megan was extremely helpful and very thorough when dealing with my enquiries.

Both my flights were changed, however when better alternatives were then available they wanted to charge to move flights back inline with my original flights. In the end I had to get a train from Luton to Gatwick for 3 adults costing £80 and pay for an additional nights hotel stay in Poland as flight was moved from 6pm Sat to 6am Sunday. We had to move to different hotel. Online agents told me to call the customer service line but then wouldn’t give me a number. Which I found unhelpful. When I finally spoke to someone again they were unhelpful to my situation, I asked for a manager to call me. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. No call received. I will never book through Last minute again and would not recommend unless you’re happy to have your whole booking disrupted with no help.
