Didnt tell me the package had been…

Didnt tell me the package had been delivered... to an unknown address.. so all I have is a photo of a random doorstep that doesnt belong to any of my neighbours. And I didn't know it had been delivered. Excellent

Very highly recommended! 5*****

Absolutely brilliant job by the Boiler Blokes. We needed our boiler moving, so I wrote to them on the Monday, got a call-back straight away and Wayne came back later that same day to check out the job and write up a quote. Job booked in all done on the Thursday.
The guys were terrific; really nice, considerate, and did an amazing job. Super clean work, pipes look great, the drilling required is spotless and it all works! Super quick, great value, excellent craft, nice people; can't recommend highly enough.

Late and uncommunicative

The one star is for the drivers, they were lovely! BUT the first time we had delivery planned (1-4pm) it got past 6pm and we had to leave. Rearranged for a morning the following week. The day before they put us in the afternoon slot, and again it was over two hours after the latest time that it arrived. My message to Arrow: if you can't deliver 35 packages in 3 hours, don't say you can. Or else don't give us unrealistic times. No-one on the phones to help and twitter response was two days later.
