Went through the hassle as registering as a professional, provided them documentation to the fact, approved. Spent nearly an hour picking out gear for my team to a sum of nearly £700, go to checkout.

"We don't deliver to Northern Ireland".

It's EYE PROTECTION. It hardly needs to go on a pallet!!

They didn't bother responding to my two emails either, the automated reply gave me an incident number and they never responded to my follow up email. I wouldn't mind the fact that they don't deliver here too much, if they had 1) advertised this and 2) actually responded to me instead of just immediately closing my customer service case with no communication.

Colossal waste of time and have taken our large business, and future business, elsewhere.

Constant delays, no communication and impossible to hear from somebody unless you write a bad review. Why do you have a upstrustpilot email but you don't have a basic customer service email? Why are you deliberately uncontactable unless somebody has something bad to say publicly?

As others have said I won't be using retailers that use UPS in the future so not only have you cost yourselves business (which seems to be going down the pan anyway) but also small local retailers too. Well done UPS.

Edit: I have received communication, finally. First email the rep wrongly told me that the parcel was stuck in customs (in a UK to UK delivery??), then corrected themselves in a second email and told me I now have to file a claim because the parcel is lost. Why do I have to 1) chase this up on my own volition and 2) file a claim for something you yourselves already admit is lost? No wonder UPS is going down the pan.

Beyond useless. Never again will I use a retailer that delivers with UPS.

Ordered a decent pile of surplus kit. All arrived as described and at a great price. Delivery was also extremely quick especially considering they are in England and I am in Northern Ireland.

Have used SBS for years and the service has always been excellent. I have purchased, returned, been offered great discounts and have talked to some fantastic people at SBS over the years. I will always use SBS and recommend them to anyone needing some kit.
