Great teachers and amazing swim school

Great teachers, very coordinated and kids like to go there. I can see constant improvement in the kids swimming.

Teachers are good with the kids. Highly recommend .

This is the worst Alarm security…

This is the worst Alarm security company I have ever worked with.
From the installation to the ongoing extremely poor customer service.

Worst service

I ordered a wool foot muff from online4baby.The staff I spoke to was not helpful and they have a blaming environment, as it is not their problem that DPD are messing up the order, I was even told if I had been home then this issue won't have arisen even though I left a note to leave in a safe place which DPD totally ignored, then updated my request to leave with my neighbour which never was done and my neighbour stayed home all day, 5then to cut things short I had to pay £10 to change the address to my work address as I work full time but this was never done for 2 days and every person I spoke to said they are a senior manager and this is what they can do and they won't even refund the £10. I even asked to return the item and to my surprise I was told I have to pay £10 to have a refund!This is by far the worst service I have ever received and I will never order again from this website or deal with their customer service personnel as they just do not care. Let's hope I receive my item, as they can only take proper action after a week of not receiving the item.

Thank you for your feedback. If possible I would like clarify our position. You placed your order on Friday last week and we dispatched and our courier DPD attempted delivery to you on Monday of this week, unfortunately when the time for delivery came regretfully you where not present and a calling card was left. On the same day you requested that the parcel be left with a neighbour, which incurs a 24 hour delay in delivery. You spoke to a customer service adviser who advised the reason for the delay and then you advised them that you would like this to be sent to another address, which meant that the an additional fee would have to be charged to change the address. This address was changed directly with DPD and the item will be delivered as agreed.
