Still waiting for a refund after almost two years – unacceptable delay and lack of communication
I’ve been waiting nearly two years for a refund for a cancelled flight, and the situation is still unresolved. Every few months, I receive a message saying the matter is “with the supplier” or that they are “waiting for confirmation from the airline,” but there has been no real progress or accountability.
Even during the height of the pandemic, airline refunds rarely took this long. I’ve repeatedly asked for clear timelines or evidence of the refund request, but the company continues to provide vague updates with no concrete answers.
Two years is far beyond a reasonable timeframe for a refund, and at this stage, the lack of transparency and urgency is extremely disappointing. I would urge anyone considering booking through this company to be very cautious — if something goes wrong with your booking, you may be waiting indefinitely for your money back.
