Great customer service. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Ordering process is easy enough, website is nice, and I didn’t have any customer service issues. But the product is much thinner than I expected. Won’t buy again. Would pay significantly more for a thicker, more substantial product.

I've been with B&H for years. I love the rewards program. Occasionally I buy extremely expensive gear. Getting hundreds of dollars in rewards feels like Christmas time!
