( and I’ve used so many) your plant are healthy and strong and your packaging is second to none. I love the way you use canes as a way to prevent them being crushed in transit, no other company does that as I’ve discovered over the years with dead plants on arrival. Always good quality plants, the packaging is excellent in regards to protecting the plants in transit. Many times the outer boxes are damaged in transit by the couriers but the plants travel well. I had a couple of times the little plants have been knocked out of their growing squares in the trays but as they’re well watered they survive.

I’m fed up with my shopping being incomplete, for 11 weeks now it has been short shipped as not being available. I’ve been a home delivery customer since 2006 and a delivery pass holder for many years but I will not be renewing it in November because I’m so fed up with selecting my shopping available on the website only to be told on delivery that it’s not. It’s Morrisons for me now sorry

Max was very helpful in explaining what he was doing, helped me to understand. He was efficient, and quick and knew exactly what he was doing unlike the person before him that connected me to the wrong number on the changeover day😩
