Joseph was a pleasure to deal with. Had the exact watch sourced in a few days as he didnt have in stock. The watch was unworn like new in immaculate condition and the price was more than fair. Met Joseph in his Rolex office boutique in Huddersfield and was served ice cold beer snacks a great friendly relaxed chat whilst my dream watch was sized. This was my first experience at Rich Time and it was exceptional service throughout. Firstly i had no change for the car park machine i asked if anyone could assist and Emma on reception quickly took my car Registration on logged my parking for free via an app which was very nice and helpful. I was introduced to Richard the owner who was a gentleman and very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my Purchase, my Watch is stunning, a rare green dial rolex and was the best price across all platforms and am very happy with my purchase. Visited L1 David m Robinson and i must say the new store is divine very spacious with a high level of customer service, easy parking and lots of amenities close by, Was greeted by Angela who did an excellent job at helping my wife choose a timepiece, will certainly be visiting again at Christmas to see the wonderful decorations.
Coffee and Juice available along with champagne if one fancies a tipple to celebrate.

2 orders both orders wrong size by scotts,, i ordered then from father company jd sports and they also sent wrong size,, 3 orders on the run all wrong size? Says on there website we are only human mistakes occasionally happen?? 3 x on the run? I would like to add all these items was sale items you get the picture that they are willing to dump any size to customer as long as they get rid of there sale items

My first time using cruise fashion,, i ordered my new y3 trainers at 20.50pm Sunday and recieved them 9.20am moday morning,, 12 hours 30 mins after ordering considering the amount of time i get let down by amazon i was truly shocked at the impeccable logistics of this company, the shop is easy to navigate and orders can quickily be paid for by paypal 3 month intrest free. Was a bit worried about purchasing an expensive ebike from an online retailer but many months on from my purchase from wiggle i am astounded by the excellent service i have recieved, every enquiry has been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I can not fault this company and have since had many small purchases also as very competitive on every level. Would recommend highly.
